The Steps for How to Make the Easy Angel Crafts: Paper Strips Angel Ornament:
Mark and cut four strips of paper 1-inch wide.
Cut one strip 12 inches long, two strips 8 inches long and one strip 4 inches long.
If your paper is 8 1/2 by 11 inches, just make the longest strip 11 inches long.
Cut one circle 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter. This example uses a 1-inch diameter circle.

Fold the 12-inch strip 3/4-inch from each end.
Use gentle folds rather than firmly creased folds.
Fold again at 3 3/4 inches from each end (or 3 inches from the first fold).
Fold the 8-inch strips at the 3-inch point from each end.
Match the holes in the 12-inch paper strip.
Layer the two 8-inch strips with their holes matched on top of the 12-inch strip.
