Cut the card stock to 2 inches wide by 4 inches long. You can substitute anything that will be sturdy enough to wrap the yarn around many times.

Cut the ribbon six to eight inches long - six inches for shorter wings, eight inches for longer wings.

Wrap the white yarn lengthwise around the card stock 200 times. Cut the last revolution even with the end of the card stock.
