Easy Christmas Crafts: Bell Ornament

Easy Christmas Crafts: Bell Ornament Materials and Tools:

• Bells - ten craft bells size:  3/8 inch or 10 mm
• Floral wire - 24 gauge wire six inches long
• Ribbon - two colors of curling ribbon 12 inches long 
• Ruler to measure wire and ribbon  
• Scissors to cut the ribbon 
• Wire cutters to cut wire (optional, since the wire is small it can be broken with a few back and forth motions)

The Steps for How to Make the Easy Christmas Crafts: Bell Ornament:

Measure and cut six inches of the 24 gauge floral wire.   

Thread 1/2 inch of one end of the floral wire through the first bell.

Fold the wire back on itself and make two twists in the wire. The wire twists hold the first bell and keep all the bells from falling off the wire.

Thread the wire through the second bell. Push the second bell over the top of the twisted wire. Position the second bell as near as possible to the first bell.

Thread the wire through all of the remaining bells.

Circle the end of the wire and push it back through the last bell.

Push the last bell as close to the other bells as possible while also pulling the end of the wire. The small loop of wire on the last bell will be hidden by the ribbon.

Cut the ribbons 12 inches long.

Tie the ribbons around the wire above the last bell.

With your scissors, curl each of the four ribbon ends.

Fold the remaining wire in half.

Twist the folded wire and form a shepherd's hook in the doubled wire.
