• Paper - regular paper up to card stock 
• Ruler   
• Scissors

Select the narrow ribbon. Measure and cut the ribbon to 12 inches in length.

Measure, mark and cut the strips of paper.

Cut one of each of these sizes:

With the hole punch, make holes in both ends of each strip. The hole should be 1/4 inch from the end and centered across the strip. Best guess is fine here.

Using the smallest strip of paper, form the first circle and match the holes.

With the next smallest paper strip, add the second circle around the first. Match the holes.
