Easy Felt Crafts: Coupon Organizer
Do you cut coupons to stretch your money or to try new items?
Here's an easy felt crafts project showing how to make a coupon organizer to hold those coupons.
Let's take a look at the coupon organizer, empty and full.
The finished size is 4 in x 7 in x 1.25 inches.
The soft material flexes to hold a lot of coupons or flattens when you have only a few.

Hide the beginning knots and the end threads on the inside of each of the seams.
Connect the bottom of the end panels to the bottom of the front panel.
Make sure the bottom corner of the end piece meets the seam sewn between the front and back panels.
Hide any knots and end threads on the inside.
Sew the blanket stitch across the top of the front and end panels.
This stitching adds stability to the opening.
Any knots and end threads should be hidden on the inside.
Start sewing the back to one of the two end pieces at the seam between the front and back.
Make sure you hide your knot on the inside.
Continue the blanket stitch around the top.
Stop to position the back and the end.
Use pins to help hold the pieces of felt in position.
Hide the end piece of thread inside the finished seam and cut the thread.
Add a braid to the center of the seam between the back and front.
The one shown here is six inches long plus 3/4 inch of fringe.
Add a loop to the center of the flap.
The loop shown here consists of two threads covered in the blanket stitch.
To make dividers for your coupon organizer, print the coupon organizer divider pattern.
Cut several dividers and alternate the tabs at the top.
Name each divider based on the coupons you collect and use.
